Prototype GI Battle Corps Cobra the Enemy Metal-Head Hasbro 1994 Graded Figure
This is a prototype and pre-production toy. The figure is mint on the card and has not been opened. The card does have light handling wear, as these were handed by Hasbro employees for review.
AFA Toy Grader grade and encapsulated the figure. The grade and AFA hologram is inside the encapsulated case. Each case is covered in additional plastic covering.
The figure seems to look similar to the production. The color accents are slightly different, and the packaging is slightly different behind the figure.
