Established over 120 years ago, 'Sanshozen' is a long-established dyeing house that continues to pass down the tradition of yukata.
They continue to uphold the traditional dyeing techniques of skilled artisans,
making them a popular brand that has captivated many kimono enthusiasts since their founding.
The yukata patterns drawn by artists of the past
are still preserved today by Sanshozen artisans, including the Living National Treasure (Koyata Shimizu),
as a traditional craft.

This is a chusen yukata where the traditional stencil dyeing technique shines.
The soft natural color is beautifully contrasted with the clear dyeing of Okame and Hyottoko ( ・◡・ )♫•*¨
The unique gentle finish of the 'hakemi' fabric,
its firm yet soft texture with no transparency,
and the comfortable feel of natural materials that become more familiar with each wear

Tailoring Options

◎ Hybrid Tailoring (Hand-stitched x Machine-stitched) 11000 yen
Vertical seams and straight sections (back and sides) are machine-stitched.
▶ Machine stitching is durable! It prevents the areas that bear the most wear from tearing or unraveling.
▶ Can be washed in a washing machine on the delicate cycle! Recommended for those who wash their clothes at home.

◎ Domestic Hand-stitched Tailoring 12000 yen
All seams are hand-stitched.
▶ Size adjustments are possible! Can be re-tailored after washing and pressing.
▶ The sewing is more generous, allowing you to experience a comfortable fit that conforms to your body.
