This is new with tag, but there is an area just below the waist on the back where there seems to be a flaw in the finish of the fabric. I thought it was just wrinkles at first as this material is VERY prone to wrinkling, but I do believe it is a flawed area. See second and third photos.

Top of dress is soft and stretchy with built in shelf bra and removable pads.
Silky, acetate fabric will need a quick spin through a low heat dryer or steaming prior to wearing as it is prone to wrinkles.
