20 volt 5AH Battery
It shows no bars when pressed down. It shows it's fully charged when on the charger. I can't figure out what's wrong with it.

It shows no bars when the Battery button is pressed. It says it's charging when on the charger but I have seen it get to "fully charged" and it still does NOT work.
