Black velvet long dress by Citi Dress. Can be worn for a variety of styles! Evening wear, Grunge, etc. The velvet is in grooves. Please see the close-up photos. Please note that this dress has a bit of stretch. Below, you will find measurements both stretched and not stretched when appropriate. It is a size 6 and is made of 100% Polyester. Zipper closure up the back. Please make sure that you check the measurements as vintage and all clothing really, differs.
Shoulders: 10 3/4" across. Due to sleeveless tank style, this may seem small.
