This is a 4th model, also known as the "small e" model, from the early 70s, right after the change from Big E to small e.
The red tab is missing, so it's unclear whether it was an E or an e.

I've included pictures within the scope I could capture, but there are thread jumps, fraying, etc.
There is significant damage to the collar and the back has been repaired with rough stitching, so I'm offering it at a bargain price.
Personally, I don't think there are any damages that would cause problems with use.
