A leather pouch for storing a first aid kit.
From around the 1970s, the back belt loop became a slit in the main body, but this is an older model with a separate belt loop that extends from the flap on the back.
This type of pouch is rarely found in good condition, and most are crushed and flattened.

Deadstock, unused.
Made by MERIT LEATHER.
There is no significant damage considering the age.
The edges of the leather are also painted.
Verdigris is present on the rivets and other metal parts, but please understand this as age-related deterioration.
