Vintage girls' set of forest green velvet muff that is also a purse and matching hat
Muff has thick padding for warming hands
Top is spring-loaded and opens to reveal a purse that is 5" deep and 5" wide
Muff and purse lined with green satin fabric
Muff has ribbon to put your wrist through
Muff measures 11.5" wide at the bottom, 8.5" wide at the top, 8" high, and 3" thick
Hat is army style and folds flat for storage
It has dark green grosgrain ribbon trim with a bow and green feather on left side
It is marked size Large and has a circumference of 20"
There is a bit of elastic at the back that still has some elasticity
Due to age, there are a couple issues:
Ribbon that hangs down the back of the hat has discoloration on one side
Muff has a long rectangular discoloration, about 7" long and 1" wide near the bottom of one side, and a circular discoloration on the same side near the right edge at the bottom (see photos). These discolorations are subtle and difficult to photograph.
