・Material and Fabric
This knit material uses a long-pile yarn called Tam-Tam yarn based on kid mohair. Mohair, which is the hair of Angora goats, has smaller scales (the scales on the surface of the fiber) than wool, resulting in a smooth, soft texture and an elegant luster. To express the atmosphere of the piece, the fabric is brushed after knitting to blur the color boundaries, and then shrunk to reproduce a worn-in feel. (Normally, brushing is done after shrinking.)
・Design
An oversized silhouette with a generous amount of room in the shoulders, body width, and sleeve width, and the length is adjusted for balance. The sleeves are set-in sleeves, but the sleeve cap is lowered to create a natural and smooth silhouette. The neckline, cuffs, and hem are switched to ribbing made of the same material. With its delicate fur and beautiful colors, it's also great peeking out from under an outer layer.
