These are rare, made by Flair.
I bought them when there was still a Sylvanian Families shop in Kichijoji.
They are unused, but one of the two pieces of tape has come off.
I haven't checked the contents, but from what I can see through the package, the figures appear to be in good condition with no damage.
The outer box doesn't have any noticeable flaws, but there are fine scratches overall.
The tape on the sticker on the back has deteriorated considerably over time.
Perceptions vary from person to person. Also, these have been stored at home for a long time. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned.
