An absolutely incredible Yves Saint Laurent, Rive Gauche tube top dating back to the ealry Y2K era.
Rive Gauche was launched by Yves Saint Laurent and Pierre Bergé in 1966, it was the first luxury ready-to-wear boutique, democratising high fashion."Rive Gauche" means "left bank" in French, referring to the bohemian, artistic Left Bank of Paris where the first boutique opened.
Made from the softest, slightly sheer black cashmere, this piece features a cut out circular design along the front and back, the front being finished with a flurry of beautiful frills and bows, knotted into the garment. It's absolutely incredible and so versatile.
