It has extra fabric to make it long sleeve (last picture)
I'm 5'2" and wore 4.5" shoes.
SKIRT
- Length (measuring the fabric): 42 inches (originally 43 inches, I lightly clipped it to shorten- only a few single-thread stitches, very easy to undo, I can undo it for you before pickup depending on preference).
-Includes built-in can-can for structure and volume.
- Waist: fully adjustable. 14 inches laying flat- I'm way smaller than this and it still looked great.

CURRENT under-bust width: 12 inches flat
Bust width: 16 inches flat
I had it taken in slightly, so there is plenty of extra fabric to make it bigger:
~5 inches total available on the lower band
~4 inches available in the bust area
Can easily be adjusted back to a larger size
