This is a KOREA Sukajan from the 80s or 90s.
It has patches on both sleeves, and dragon embroidery on both sleeves and the back, with unique, somewhat crude embroidery that is cute.
I think it's rare to see one with both patches and embroidery.
The size is XL, with a wide body and a relaxed boxy silhouette. It also has a decent length for a Sukajan, making it easy to match with other clothes.
It has a hood, so you can wear it like an N-2B jacket.
Highly recommended for those who like it.
