This is a complete Rotar Twistoid. It is in the bubble and carded but I believe it has been resealed. There appears to be tape on the back edge and some of the card graphics don’t line up perfect. The bubble also appears to be cut along the side of the figure. It is from Malaysia so it also has Malaysian virus. This is still an amazing displayable piece for a hard to find MOTU figure. The rubber spin top is still intact.
