This is a vintage Hopi sterling silver overlay belt buckle featuring a stylized flying eagle.
I have a money clip that is also Hopi and sterling silver that looks amazing with this. Listed separately, shown together in the last image.
This is signed with a makers mark and for sterling. I was able to identify the artist as Hopi artist Riley Polequaptewa.
