VGC, hardly worn. Boots have an open heel and velcro along the calf to do them up, so great for little hands to get on and off. They only state size S but they are 20cm from heel to toe (corresponding to approx a size 13.5) and 7cm across the toe at the widest point. I believe they are approx age 4-7. The boot element is fabric so very flexible and is approx 28cm all the way round
