L fits size 14 as advised by website size guide. Sadly now don't fit me. Would recommend checking out the reviews for this brand - they are an amazing eco-friendly, sustainable, small UK based company that are size inclusive. Can't describe how comfy and supportive these are. Material stretches but also holds everything is place. Super thick waistband! Handy little zip pocket at back.
