4 piece set - beautiful long vented jacket, 2 pairs of straight trousers and a matching tie

This is a 4 part suit. Hand made and once used in a stage performance in WY Playhouse. It has been fully dry cleaned, tags still attached. It has no size in it so I have shown measurements in the photos. I am a size 18. i can get my arms in and move about freely but it will not close at the front over my large chest. I have put size 12 on the thing as I think it's about a medium, but I am no expert. I can send sizes if interested. The material is stunning and feels lovely - very soft grey and black brocade patterned velvet. Jacket is fully lined in black and has lovely detail to the sleeves with a scalloped edge over your hand. This is also evident on the unlined, straight leg, side zip trousers. It appears across the front of the foot. A very nice detail. The jacket has a slight flarefrom the waist and a slit up the back. It has 1 front button and it hangs perfectly. As there are 2 pairs of trousers with this combo, one could possibly be made into a skirt or something else. (that was my idea, but it's really too beautiful for me to muck up!!). There is a clip on tie too in matching fabric. I am open to offers on this as it needs to be used and worn places xx
