Antique nightgown lace cotton chemise 1920s 1930s dress slip

This is a nightgown around 1920s - 1930s. A wide, roomy cotton with an empire waist is sewn to a decorated upper part of geometrical lace insertions and discreet dot embroideries. Interestingly, the sleeves are cut short by the shoulders yet, are longer at the bottom. What do you think ? It could be a specificity of the maker and owner or the sleeves weren’t ended and a ribbon or snaps were going to make an apparition … It would fit medium size, smaller if you don’t mind the looseness of clothing. The bust is 100cm for a length of 115cm. Please message me for additional information !
