Vintage 90s Royal Blue Knit Dress. Unusual vintage dress from the 1990s by Pleta Design. Features a knit top and silky skirt and cowl style neckline. Silky fabric has a floral print on it. Drawstring pulls in the waist. Made of Cotton, Viscose and Lurex - the knit has a little sheen to it.
