This vintage Imperial Caramel/ Butterscotch Slag Glass Floating Duck Figurine is a beautiful example of Mid-Century Modern art glass. This piece is solid and it is from the original Heisey Glass moulds and has a good weight to it. It is called End of Day glass because at the end of the day the glass blowers were able to experiment with whatever colors of glass that was available. Hand-molded and featuring a high gloss finish, this opaque figurine showcases a unique swirl pattern in multicolors. Standing at 5" tall, this decorative piece was crafted in the United States in 1969, making it a rare find for collectors of glass figurines. It is marked with the IG Stamp and foil sticker. The Duck will add a charming touch to any space, and the luminous quality of the glass gives it a special allure.
