This is a vintage Fostoria Heirloom yellow opalescent vaseline glass bowl, also referred to as a "Square Florette" dish or "handkerchief bowl".
Produced by the Fostoria Glass Company in their "Heirloom" pattern.
Features a distinctive yellow/topaz opalescent color and is made of vaseline (uranium) glass, which glows under a blacklight. Sorry I don’t have a black light to take a picture of it.
This specific color and pattern were manufactured for a limited time, from 1959 to 1962.
The bowl has a unique, ruffled, pulled-arm shape.
