This hardcover copy is in good condition The only real issues with this book are with the dust jacket. There are some tears top and spine, stains, and shelf damage on the dust jacket. Otherwise the book is in very good condition. There are a few discoloration spots on the outside of the pages (opposite spine). Top of pages are red.
$10.95 price is listed on inside flap of dust jacket.
Map is folded in back (looks like it's never been used.
Fans of Tolkiens works (The Hobbit, The Lord of the Rings trilogy) or of Peter Jacksons films (The Hobbit, and LOTR) would love this collectible addition to a collection.
