These belonged to my mother.
Both hats in excellent vintage conditionplush, supple fur with no matting, shedding, or bald spots.
Stored in their original branded hatbox.
Right Hat: Chas. A. Stevens & Co. Genuine Mink Turban
Rich, natural dark brown mink (American ranch style) with "Genuine Mink" authenticity tag.
Voluminous beret/turban shape, ~9" diameter (one size fits most).
Era: 1950s, from legendary Chicago department store's Fur Salon (famous for luxury mink pieces).

Soft, pastel beige/dyed mink.
Structured pillbox/toque. ~7" diameter.
Satin-lined inner center with subtle mesh accents; hair clips.
Era: 1960s, custom from Evelyn boutique on Chicago's upscale Gold Coast (Walton Place was the spot for bespoke furs).
