I know very little about items such as this... Fairly sure it is of Japanese origin

Not sure when it was made or who made it
Figural looks to be a Long-Eared PIG

CONDITION: USED... Stamp appears to be in great shape; no notable signs of wear. Case lid opened and closes well, but seems a bit "off track" near one of the back corners; perhaps some hidden structural issue. Exterior has some discoloration and wear of the fabric in places. Paper piece is curled--inevitably--but in otherwise excellent condition.
