bust - 26” flat 42” full stretch
waist - 26” flat 36” full stretch
33” long from top of strap to bottom of ruffle.
Recommended for US size small-large.
Overall this is in poor/okay condition. There are some popped seams in the bust, stains along the collar and underarm area, pen marks on front of skirt and on hem bow, it’s missing waist ties, and one of the buttons for the ties are coming loose. It is still wearable and these flaws are not noticed when it’s being worn. PLEASE MESSAGE FOR MORE PHOTOS IF WANTED!
