This is a beautiful antique Austrian porcelain decorative plate, measuring 8.5" in diameter. Made around the late 19th to early 20th century (c. 1890–1910), it features a stunning Art Nouveau style with ruffled edges, soft multi-tone green background, delicate floral motif, and rich gold trim. The back is marked “STAR – Made in Austria” with impressed numbers 864 and 21.
