Comes with everything pictured-- not sure if it's complete or not, so please take a look at the photos to see what is included. It looks like it has at least most of the accessories though. One of the pieces on the swing is broken though, which I took a picture of. Also missing Baby Tiddlywinks pony. Good, played with condition. There may be minor flaws like dust, light surface dirt, bits of wear, etc. And the white parts look a bit yellowed due to age, which is a common flaw with this set. It has some trouble fitting together, which is very common with this set. But it is still good overall.
