This is a very beautiful rare colored Crystal Carnival Glass Rooster on Nest Covered Candy Dish! This depression style candy dish is even more beautiful in person, with great classic details and beautiful rare edition crystal carnival color; very unique! It was created from the original Westmoreland mold and has the Westmoreland makers marks embossed inside the lid, base, and under the base along with the Rosso makers mark. The overall quality and craftsmanship of this dish is second to none! The dish measures approx. 5 & 1/2" long and is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks.
This is a high quality vintage style depression glass reproduction rooster on nest candy dish manufactured from the original Westmoreland mold. These dishes were made popular in the 1990's by looking and feeling identical to the original dishes but at a fraction of the cost.
