This is a yellow and orange chocolate pot with purple flowers with yellow centers. It has a rather ornate handle design in white that is trimmed in gold and a matching lid. The base is marked Hand Painted Japan, although I’m fairly certain it is not hand painted. The yellow flower centers are raised and both sides are shown.
The chocolate pot measures 5 1/8 inches across the base and 3.00 inches across the rim. It is 7.75 inches tall to the rim and 9.50 inches tall to the top of the handle.
It has a nice draped design, but the base is not even. It tilts slightly from side to side like the base under the handle and spout are just slightly taller than the rest of the base.
The rim is trimmed in gold as are the handles. The inside is clean and undamaged with no stains. There are no chips, cracks, or other damage.
