Nice antique original post civil war letter
Dated November 9th, 1868
Written to Union soldier James M. Campbell of the 19th Regiment, Indiana Infantry from his cousin William in Elkton, Missouri discussing election news. James enlisted as a musician in Co. The 19th Indiana was, of course, part of the famed Iron Brigade or Black Hat Brigade during the Civil War.
