Here for sale is a set of (8) vintage "Noel Matches" Christmas matchboxes, from the 1950s.
The set includes (8) matchboxes, each decorated with a unique festive ornament all in the original packaging! Very nostalgic. They are all in good condition, one of them has 3 beads that the glue fell off otherwise they are all in great condition for their age. This is a great piece for your vintage Christmas collection!
The matches inside are described as lighting with red or green flames. All matches never used
The matchboxes have gold foil wrapping and embossed designs.
They were commonly marked as "Made in Japan" on the reverse side.
