This is the original key fob and spare that came with my 2020 Range Rover Evoque SE when I bought it new, so I know they both work. I recently totaled it, but I didn’t know it was totaled at the time, so I brought it home (and ultimately kept) both original sets of keys.
That said, both fobs are precut, but they can be re-programmed to work with your Rover if the model is 2018 - 2024. Please verify your make & model are compatible by contacting your nearest Land Rover Dealership and speaking to their Service Department (you will be requesting compatibility of a key fob that was used with a 2020 Range Rover Evoque SE).
One key fob purchased directly from the dealership will cost you $700+ plus $189 to reprogram it. You are getting two, in ‘like new’ condition, for $100 (free shipping with tracking).
