Parker 21 Super, a masterpiece of the 1950s
The design inherits the Parker 51, with a streamlined shape inspired by the P-51 Mustang fighter plane.
The cap is engraved with "PARKER 21" "MADE IN U.S.A" and the Parker logo of an arrow in an oval shape.
The barrel (body) is stainless steel, the section is plastic, the tassie (top) is conical, and the clip has a feather design.
The nib is made of Octanium alloy, a hooded nib that is synonymous with Parker fountain pens of the time. Because most of the nib is covered, it has almost no elasticity and is quite stiff, but the shape, where only a small part of the pen point is visible, is said to be resistant to pressure and drying.
The ink filler is an Aeromatic type, a simple push-in filling system. The ink filling method is engraved on the converter.
