This is a bootleg / unofficial 45cm Rei Ayanami figure from Neon Genesis Evangelion.

Not an official figure
Pretty accurate for a bootleg
Minor unpainted areas
Head/neck doesn’t go fully in (I didn’t want to force it)
There is a ball/orb piece that connects to the wing (triangle indent connects to a triangle shape). It doesn’t hold very well, so it falls off easily

The official version goes for $200+. I bought this one for $60, so this is a cheaper option if you’ve always wanted the figure.
