Litter Robot 3 including optional stairs, and black fence

The Litter Robot 3 is beige along with the optional stairs, also in beige. The optional black fence prevents litter from being ejected if your cat energetically covers waste. In addition, I just installed a brand new inner liner ($60). I am selling this unit because I adopted two cats, so I upgraded to the Litter Robot 4. This unit retails for $499 on Walmart.com, but that price would not include the stairs and the black fence. This is a great deal, and I expect it to sell quickly for the price that I am asking. The price is not negotiable. Due to its size, I can only offer this item for sale locally. (I mean, who keeps a box that big, anyway?)
