A short-sleeved sweatshirt hoodie from the 1950s and 60s, HANES BREEZE SHIELD.
This is a rare item, as I've never seen a half-zip hoodie in a short-sleeved sweatshirt in the vintage clothing market.

[?][?] The hem has an adjustable drawstring, allowing for length adjustment and accommodating modern styles.
[?][?] The Sigma Alpha Epsilon print on the left chest is still well-preserved.
It's navy blue, before the color has faded, and is a large, golden XL size.
The condition is good, with several repair marks on the sleeve ribbing, but they are hardly noticeable during normal wear.
