Antique Quimper HB A. Breton Covered Casserole / Soup Tureen – 1950s–1960s

Authentic hand-painted Quimper faience by Henriot Quimper (HB), decorated by Atelier A. Breton, and marked on the base “HB Quimper – A. Breton – F487 CF.”
This mark dates the piece to the mid-20th century (circa 1950s–1960s).
Classic Breton design featuring rich cobalt blue, brick red, olive green, and soft yellow florals, with a traditional Breton couple motif on the lid and sculptural side handles. Beautiful brushwork and strong color throughout.
Measurements:
Approximately 8 inches tall (with lid) x 8 inches wide (rim to rim).
Condition:
In great vintage condition. There is one small nick on the underside of the lid (not visible when displayed) and minor glaze loss on one handle, as shown in photos. Otherwise, the piece is clean, glossy, vibrant, and structurally sound with no cracks or repairs.
