* authentic, as shown by tag and RN number. don’t know about the previous owner but this house is pet free!
* no visible flaws but marking it as good because obviously it’s not unused
* cheapest one on the site. price is firm-ish because in this specific case, mercari removes $40 from what i am actually listing it for. also please do not buy this just to resell, i never thought i would be in the position where i would need to sell this, and i want it to go to someone who will treasure it as much as i do.
