This is an Andersen-Andersen cotton knit (Petrol) purchased online from the Boy's Market in DENMARK. The material is 100% organic cotton. While the details are a trade secret, it is made in a top-tier knit factory in Italy. From the beginning, the 5-gauge knit was planned in both merino wool and this organic cotton. However, the debut of the cotton 5-gauge was delayed because the Andersens were not satisfied with the quality until they created a masterpiece. Regular cotton sweaters tend to sag, but this 5-gauge... even beginners can start with Petrol!
