This vintage dress by Warren Petites was made by the ILGWU (International Ladies Garment Workers Union). This royal blue dress is made of a linen blend and has shoulder pads that have discolored over time and can be easily removed with 2 snips of thread each.
This vintage dress from the 1980s is in great condition. Please see pictures.
