Turquoise is superior rigid athletic tape for use in all sports and medicine. Unwinds easily and consistently all the way to the core with hot melt 55 g/m² adhesive. To make it stick, shave or cut hair to less than 1/8" long, clean skin vigorously with rubbing alcohol, let dry for 1 minute. Apply tape directly to skin or pre-wrap by unrolling like a spool. Avoid touching sticky side with fingers. Don't adjust or unstick once applied. Vigorously rub around all areas of the tape to help activate adhesive.
