This is a very pretty faux turquoise women's hidden watch bracelet. This has a very classic southwestern look with a textured clamper band. The stone is probably dyed howlite. It really needs a good cleaning and the face of the watch has some damage. The watch does not work, but the winder does it's job so it probably needs a battery. I did try to replace it but could not get the back off to find out the battery size and replace it. Still a nice piece of jewelry and very likely could be fixed.
