Atlanta 1996 Summer Olympics Calendar Promo RARE! Bill James 29x20 Panasonic.
This is a Advertisement 1996 Olympic Games Calendar produced in 1992 by the Atlanta Olympics Committee and Panasonic. It says it was printed in Japan. I have been unable to find any other examples of this being sold, so it is likely very rare and was not sold to the public.
It commemorated the upcoming 100th anniversary of the summer games in 1996.
It has 6 prints in the calendar of Olympic Athletes which are the following. They where all done by Illustrator Bill James. I cant find other examples of these prints either.
Mark Spitz, Carl Lewis, Bob Beamon, Vera Chaslavska, Abebe Bikila, and Paavo Nurmi.
The Calendar is in fair condition with some staining on the back and a few spots of water damage. But I don’t see any damage on the prints only on some of the edges. It is ready to be hung on your wall.
The size is 20x29
