Hoya motoskei
Hoya motoskei is considered to be the original wild form of Hoya carnosa. The plant has a vining growth habit with leaves that are ovate, succulent, and speckled, often with a pubescent underside. Flowers are waxy and white. Motoskei is easy to grow, preferring filtered sunlight and light watering - moist, never soaking wet (think rain forest habitat). It is happy spending time outside in a shady spot where temperatures don't get much below 60 degrees. Hoya plants are not frost tolerant.

Plants for sale are grown in a home environment using commercially available potting media with organic fertilizer and pest control. Motoskei lives and thrives outdoors in a shady spot during summer months. This plant has a sun damaged leaf.
