This is a Canon Powershot S3 IS camera and a Falchi Sports bag / storage case. The camera has some issues. I believe the lens is stuck and prevents the camera from powering on completely. It sounds like it is trying to go through its lens test process when you turn it on and then it just turns back off. It is being sold as is for parts or repair.
