Cover has ringwear on front (see photo) and a piece of tape top center.
Record looks VG+ but plays with some surface crackle so I docked the grade to VG to be safe. The crackle is louder in the first track and then quiets down as the record plays. The music is loud so it sits under it once it kicks in.
This is the deep groove mono first pressing on Columbia 6-Eye labels
