Crafted in West Germany, this vintage piece represents the pinnacle of traditional ceramic artistry and old-world charm.
This stoneware stein features the iconic Gerzit cobalt blue glaze, beautifully contrasted against a textured brown body. The intricate 3D relief work depicts classic German motifs, capturing the spirit of traditional Bavarian tavern culture.
The ornate, genuine pewter lid with sturdy thumb lever is marked DBGM on the inside.
The "Original Gerzit" ink stamp on the bottom, which is a less common mark used by the company, makes this a desirable collectible. W. Germany is stamped on the base and dates this piece to the mid-to-late 20th century, between 1949-1990.
