Pair of vintage Gurley candles depicting cherubic baby angels resting on bright yellow crescent moons. A classic mid-century design, these collectible candles were made by the Gurley Novelty Co. and sold in dime stores throughout the 1950s and 1960s.
Each piece shows age-related wear, light soiling, and small surface marks typical of vintage wax décor. Some minor misshaping from heat and long-term storage adds authentic mid-century character. The bases still retain traces of the original paper labels.
