The Great Seal of the State of North Carolina (round Pewter medallion) mounted to a solid white marble base.
The seal features the figures of Liberty and Plenty.
The date "May 20, 1775" is displayed, commemorating the Mecklenburg Declaration of Independence.
The state motto, "Esse Quam Videri," is at the bottom, which is Latin for "To Be, Rather Than to Seem".
The pewter seal is set into a white marble base/paperweight/shelf decor.
Condition is pristine, looks like it’s never been out of the box. It’s been stored until located unpacking boxes.
